Brandy grew up in south Alabama and, along with her husband and two daughters, made Juneau, Alaska her home in 2017. She graduated from Troy University with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2010, and then earned her Master's of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2017. She is an AANP board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and licensed in the state of Alaska. She has a genuine passion for caring for others and a strong devotion to her practice. Brandy is accepting new patients and welcomes the opportunity to serve you!

Women's Health Nurse Practitioner



Deana is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with decades of experience and a reputation in Juneau for  giving her clients the time and energy they need to move closer to their health goals.  Her passion and expansive knowledge in Lifestyle Medicine will help move you from over or under-functioning and closer to optimal health.  She will partner with you to incorporate Functional Medicine and Integrative methods, including Ayurvedic education to prevent and reverse disease.  This approach, along with regular allopathic medicine, allows you to live a life of limitlessness!  She is thrilled to bring her expertise in annual exams, reproductive health, gynecologic, menopausal and well being concerns to you at Harbor Health.

SARAH SHADDY-FARNSWORTH, LCSW

Licensed Counselor



Sarah is a licensed clinical social worker providing individual and family therapy with adults and children. She earned her master's degree from Hunter College in New York City in 2008 and returned home to Alaska in 2013.
Sarah practices from a relational and psychodynamic orientation but treatment is collaborative and often includes cognitive, mindfulness-based, and play therapy approaches as the therapeutic environment is co-constructed. Sarah draws upon her training in trauma, attachment, and reflective practice, to encourage subjective creation of meaning, improved interpersonal relationships, and self-understanding. She offers techniques to manage flooding emotions and improve self-regulation. Sarah works with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, grief, child-parent attachment, and life transitions.

TAMMY GUILER, LCSW

Licensed Counselor


  

Tammy provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Originally from Montréal, Québec, Tammy graduated from McGill University with a Masters of Social Work. Her background includes work in community behavioral health with children and families; child protective services; and working with adults, seniors, and caregivers. Tammy approaches therapy as a collaborative effort that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual and family. Drawing from her training in attachment, trauma, and circle of security parenting, she provides evidence-based interventions in a warm and supportive environment. Tammy works with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, loss, and parent-child attachment.

JOANNA GOLDMAN, APRN

Advanced Nurse Practitioner/ Certified Nurse Midwife


Joanna is a longtime resident of Juneau with decades of experience in providing holistic care to women in our community. Joanna has a passion for integrative medicine modalities, and has a strong background in being able to effectively incorporate alternative treatment strategies with modern Western medicine. She has plenty of expertise in managing menopause symptoms with Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy; thyroid disorders; dietary modifications to influence better health; food sensitivity issues; and so much more! She is accepting new patients, and will be scheduling on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Dr. Iverson has been a chiropractor for over 30 years. Although she is board certified in chiropractic orthopedics, her main focus has always been much more in the “alternative” style of work. She has always believed that the body can heal itself without too much interference and a little bit of help!

Dr. Iverson has been Certified to provide BioMagnetism Therapy by the El Centro de Investigacion de Biomagnetismo Medico, S.C. in Mexico, the University of Chapingo, Mexico and by Dr. Isaac Goiz Duran.

Jennifer grew up in Georgia and has been calling Alaska home since 2017, along with her husband and two small children. She loves yoga, hiking, camping, and being outdoors. She has several years of customer service experience along with a background in design. She is excited to be part of the Harbor Health family and looks forward to getting to know our patients.
